Impact of Unskilled Labour on Waste Products Management in West ‘B' Municipality of Zanzibar

The study assessed the impact of unskilled labour on waste product management in West 'B' municipality Zanzibar. sample size was 139 respondents, and a cross-sectional research design involving quantitative approach applied. data were collected by using questionnaires. Multiple regressions used to analyse data. findings show that collection, labours do not have any products as it scored 0.542 higher than 0.05 alpha probability value. Secondly, transportation also has no 0.808 above standard 0.05. In contrast, an disposal 0.023 less alpha. recommended government should provide modern equipment improve working environment ensure put more effort into products. Nevertheless, capacity building labourers increase proper disposal.
